Congratulations to RYAN ARCAINA and CHEYENNE LEWIS who have garnered spots in the just concluded USA Junior National Team Trials. Both Ryan and Cheyenne will be representing the United States in the upcoming World Jr Taekwondo Championships to be held on March 9-10, 2010 in Tijuana, Mexico.
Also, Congratulations to Master Henry Cruz who to-date has coached his 10th US National Team spot.!!!! Great Job, Master Cruz!!!!
