Special thanks to Black Belt Neil Batallones for contributing his time and effort in making Manila TKD more home-like for the current fighters. Neil was one of the first black belts from the first batch of Master Cruz's students when Manila first started. He attended many tournaments with Master Cruz including nationals in his younger years.
